SHIPMENT
After we have received and processed the payment for your order we usually sent the following day. Items we do not have directly in stock will be retrieved at our supplier and sent after. Processingtime can therefore be a couple of days extra. In case the item is temporarily out of stock with our supplier, we will inform you and sent the order as soon as possible.
We will ship your order in a sturdy plastic bag and in opposite to other companies we will not fold your clothing but roll them (this way you will receive your item without wrinkles and ready to wear).
SHIPPINGOPTIONS
Your processed order will be shipped via Post.nl and we will use their accordingly tarifs (select postage calculator to see more about the costs). We have no influence on delivery time once we delivered your parcel at post.nl to reception, but depending on your country it will take 3 upto 5 days normally.
CHANGE & RETURN
When you are for whatever reason not satisfied with items in your order you can ofcourse return these. Below more about change and/or return.
Return
Within the cooldown period of 14 days you can return ordered items and receive a refund. What to do?:

14 Days Cooldown period
From the moment of delivery there is a 14 days cooldown period. Within this term you can watch and fit items as far as needed to judge whether you would like to keep the purchased items
Check directly after receival of the items whether they are not damaged and are complete. If this is not the case...contact Hebbez.com immediately.
Change
Within the cooldown period you can return ordered items of exchange them for another item or size. What to do?:
- In case you would like to exchange we suggest you order the required item to prevent disappointment by selling item before your return is received and processed. The return will be settled with the new replacement order once the return is received and processed.
- Fill in the details on the returnform which you can download and print below this section. Add this form together with the items to be exchanged in sturdy shippingmaterial. Items may not be worn, must be undamaged and foreseen with attached labels to be accepted by Hebbez.com.
- The package must be sent to the address below. Returncosts are for account of the customer:

Items that are to be exchanged or return must comply to the following conditions:
- items including the return form need to be shipped back to Hebbez.com within 14 days after reception by customer
- items may not be worn, used in any other way and may not be damaged. Shipment is at risk of sender so make sure to use sturdy pakcing material to prevent damage or loose of the return.
- Items returned require the attached label and need to be complete with any sent accessoiries belonging to the item. If possible they need to be returned with the original package in as sound as possible condition. If returned items do not comply to above mentioned conditions, Hebbez.com is not obligated to accept the exchange or return. We will notify the customer of the reason and no refund is done (customer will receive the items once they have fullflled the costs needed to ship the items back to the customer.
