Which data do we process and what are they used for?
Visit and use of the webshop (general)
When you visit our webshop, we collect data from you. This data can be your IP-address, but also your clicking- and buyingbehaviour in order to give you a more personal and relevant service. With the aid of cookies we will be able to see which sections of our store you have visited.
Placing and controlling an order
In order to place an order at Hebbez.com, we need for continuation of the process collect certain data from you. As far as these third parties process your data as requested by Hebbez.com, they do this as processor. All agreements about security, secrecy and your rights are stated by these third parties.
We work together with third parties to aid us with the following services:
- Logistic and operational means: you can think in the sense of transporters and package deliverers.
- Marketingservices to personalise our webshop and to show relevant offers on our website. We use third parties like Facebook, Google Adwords and Marktplaats.
- Analytical services to analyse (anonymous) data about your visit to and use of our webshop. We use the software provided by Google Analytics.
How do we secure your data?

- Right of rectification. In case of incorrect or incomplete data which you can not adjust yourself, you can sent an mail to Hebbez.com so we can adjust it for you.
- Right of removal You can submit a request for removal of your data. We are then obligated to erase without any unreasonable delay your data. We can not or may not always erase all of your data. Sometimes processing of data is still necessary to oblige to certain legal obligations (e.g. for delivering an open order or in order to fullfill our tax liabilities).
